Refund Policy

 

The policy of the Team LAC Foundation is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or practice or skill evaluation or has been assigned to a team. Prior to playing in a sanctioned game or practice or skill evaluation or being assigned to a team a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee will be issued.

For teams we will issue refunds for teams that withdraw 10 days prior to schedule release. For teams that withdraw after this time registration fee less an administrative handling fee and gymtime fees paid will be issued.

Team LAC Foundation is a very costly league to operate and we have very little margin as we created this league to be accessible to a majority of the community.

Once the gymtime, uniforms, referees, etc are paid for we must take that into consideration when issuing refunds.

The Team LAC Foundation respects the privacy of users of the LAC Ballers website. Team LAC Foundation never sells or rents any information it collects or gathers from users to any third party. Under no circumstances will Team LAC Foundation divulge any information about an individual user, including nonpublic information about a corporate person, to any third party.

Team LAC Foundation shares the details of this privacy notice with all of its employees to ensure they are aware of their obligation to use all reasonable measures to protect users’ information.
